Welcome all Walkers, Ramblers and anyone interested in a spot of culture in the fresh Irish Country Air!
On Sunday 26th July, a Charity Walk will take place amidst the rolling hills and Drumlin Strewn County Monaghan Countryside that so inspired one of Ireland’s most famous poets, Patrick Kavanagh.

| Joining the walkers during the day will be Larry Mc Dermot, a local historian, full of fascinating information about the Monaghan Way, its history and folklore |

From here we will be taken by bus to Castleblaney’s Lough Muckno, the official part of the trek at 10.00 am Around 1.00 p.m. we will stop and rest in the border Town of Culloville where a tasty well-deserved lunch will be served to all
